Why “More”?
The name comes from home. Villa Park, Illinois — where our first brewpub still stands on S. Villa Avenue — was once known as Ardmore. We wanted a name that tied us to those roots and made a promise at the same time: more flavor, more experimentation, and more reasons to stick around for another round.
What started as a single brewpub grew into three: the original in Villa Park, our flagship brewpub and rooftop in Bartlett, and our production brewery and restaurant in Huntley, where most of the beer poured across all three locations is made — and where our barrel rooms age the imperial stouts and wild ales we're known for.
What we brew
Hop-saturated IPAs and pale ales. Rich imperial stouts — including the Henna series that fills our barrel program. Crisp lagers and pilsners, fruited sours, hard seltzers, and whatever the brewers dream up on the small-batch system in Villa Park. Alongside our own beer, each taproom carries an extensive whiskey and bourbon collection, craft spirits, wine on tap, and rotating guest beers from breweries we respect.
The most limited releases go first to members of the Bairal Society, our barrel-aged membership program — twelve releases a year, member-exclusive bottles, and first access to everything we do.
