HUNTLEY
SERVER
Responsible for providing the highest standards of service to ALL guests, proper maintenance of dining rooms and equipment, correct ringing of orders to insure correct billing of guests, required to work as a team with complete disposition to assist co-workers and breakdown/reset of dining rooms after service.
PRep Cook
Responsible for timely and efficient preparation of menu items. Responsible for cleanliness in the area in which the line cook is assigned. Reports directly to the kitchen manager and may be asked to perform tasks in other areas of the kitchen and or restaurant.
Busser/
Food Runner
BUSSERS
Responsible for providing the highest standards of service to ALL guests, proper maintenance of dining rooms and equipment, required to work as a team with complete disposition to assist co-workers and breakdown/reset of dining rooms after service.
RUNNERS
Responsible for set up and maintaining of the dining room and food station throughout entire shift, running trays of food promptly to the correct table, running trays of dishes to the kitchen, assisting server staff (if needed) bussing tables, while providing the highest standards of More Brewing Co. service to the guests.
VILLA PARK
LINE COOK
Responsible for timely and efficient preparation of menu items. Responsible for cleanliness in the area in which the line cook is assigned. Reports directly to the kitchen manager and may be asked to perform tasks in other areas of the kitchen and or restaurant.
HOST/
HOSTESS
Helps support the shift by greeting guests with a welcoming presence, bussing tables to help support table turns, running drinks/food when able and other tasks to support the best guest experience.
Busser/
Dish washer
To maintain dish area, equipment, and chemicals. Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen utensils and service ware to positively impact speedy and efficient service to our guest. Clearing tables of soiled dishes and glasses and resetting tables for service.
